The warning signs
A large share of household water leaks come from a shower that needs sealing, not from the plumbing. Spot any of these?
Small drips, big damage.
A standard showerhead can use 15–25 litres of water a minute. Even if a tiny fraction escapes every shower, that water soaks into floorboards, timber framing, carpet and concrete, cracking tiles and feeding mould.
Damp timber also attracts termites and carpenter ants. Sealing early can save you tens of thousands in repairs, and save you a full bathroom renovation.

How we seal a leaking shower
Without removing a single tile.
Inspect & quote
Grant checks the shower with a moisture meter, finds where the water is escaping, and gives you a set price.
Rake out
Old grout, silicone and any failed epoxy are removed — no tiles lifted.
Drain
Water trapped behind tiles or in the hob is drained out.
Regrout
Wall grout replaced; floor grout topped up or replaced where needed.
Prep junctions
Every junction prepared with the Leak Stop diamond prep tool.
Seal
Epoxy seal to floor and hob, Leak Stop sealer to wall/floor junctions and drain, silicone inside the screen.
Barrier coat
An H2O Barrier treatment goes over the whole shower.
Spotless finish
We clean up completely before we leave. Shower’s good to use after 24 hours.
